The Thought Leader is responsible for the creation and packaging of Ensemble Health Partners content on key topics of interest. This role is responsible for timely and relevant thought leadership, messaging and other communications, such as regular client communication and external messaging, that position Ensemble as a thought leader and a strategic partner. This position enables Ensemble to respond to industry developments in a timely and comprehensive manner, and contribute to the successful positioning of the organization. Audiences include:
media, industry analysts, stakeholders, clients, and prospects. The Leader must leverage diverse expertise across Ensemble to provide insights, both broad and deep, on industry issues and themes that matter most to our audience. The Leader will deliver content in various formats and for various audiences; the ability to meet the needs of our various audiences and effectively communicate to them is a must. Essential Duties Create a platform, promoting client engagement and interaction, allowing Ensemble Health Partners to demonstrate the value and relevance of our insight and analysis Manage the creation of high quality; timely and high-impact outputs. Promoting an environment of shared success and team-work, connecting staff with peers across different the company and in the healthcare industry Contribute in setting the direction and strategy of an industry-leading thought leadership function Lead discussions with industry stakeholders (clients, senior industry experts, payers, clients) Develop and implement a simple, high-impact manner of communicating Thought-Leadership outputs (internally and externally) Partner with Ensemble staff and leadership to integrate activities and value proposition based on upcoming industry trends Alongside Ensemble Marketing, implement a communication strategy of providing invaluable industry insight, encompassing webinars, white papers, conferences & events, etc. This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job. Qualifications Required Work Experience-7-10 years Required Education Level-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Requires Long Distance or Air Travel Requires Travel to Various Work Locations by Car General Office Environment or Work From Home Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Significant work experience in the healthcare industry with providers; deep knowledge of industry dynamics (e.g., cost, quality, reimbursement, facilities, physician, and risk-sharing) Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities Ensemble Health Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
